Sessions are held on a one to one basis and last for 1 hour.
Coaching - each session includes about 20 minutes of coaching and psycho-education. You will receive a presentation folder on week 1 followed by weekly informative handouts, exercises, tools and techniques, reflective work sheets and templates to improve self awareness. Digital infographics and videos are also sent to your mobile device each week.
Hypnotherapy - You are then made comfortable on the couch with a soft blanket (if desired) for your Hypnotherapy session, based on the topic we are working on together. I use headphones with soft music mixed with my voice (we wear a pair each) to enable a more immersive experience and it also reduces any outside noises.
Each deeply relaxing Hypnotherapy session includes an mp3 recording to continue to use in your own time between sessions to embed the message more fully. It is then yours to keep as a resource to come back to in the future, should you feel the need.

Note: To achieve the results that you would like, it is advisable that you book a minimum of 3 sessions, depending on the complexity of your issue. Single sessions could rarely achieve the lasting effects you desire.
