Six personalised 90-minute sessions combining hypnotherapy and coaching, tailored to your needs and goals.
This package gives us more time to explore challenges, practise useful techniques and build on your progress. The balance of coaching and hypnotherapy will vary to suit you.
Includes personalised hypnotherapy recordings and practical resources to use between sessions.
Start with an online consultation for £20 - a convenient way to discuss your needs from home.
If we agree that working together is suitable, you can book six personalised 90 minute sessions for £500, saving £40 against the standard session rate.
The total, including your online consultation, is £520. There is no obligation to purchase a package after your consultation.
Prefer to meet in person? Consultations in Truro are £25.
